ABOUT

Jason Pham is a Bay Area-raised journalist currently living in New York City.

Currently, he is the entertainment editor at StyleCaster. Before that he was a freelance news and features writer who has reported on topics ranging from Kylie Jenner to China’s one-child policy to pediatric cancer. His work has appeared in The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Bustle, Racked, NBC News and Sactown magazine, among others.

He has experience writing about entertainment, food, health, fashion, immigration and education. He has profiled subjects including an ex-computer scientist-turned-male model, the youngest ever Critics’ Choice Awards nominee, and a “Westworld” actor who used to sleep in Central Park.

Jason graduated with a master’s degree from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism (where he produced a 4,000-word master’s project on sexual harassment in the male modeling industry) and earned his bachelor’s in English and communication from UC Davis.

When he’s not nagging sources to reply, Jason is probably online shopping for new chelsea boots or standing in line at a buffet.
